Submit your proposal for consulting services to study obstacles and challenges faced by the Public Service of Somalia in implementing merit-based staffing, and to develop a regulatory framework to support implementation.
The proposal must be submitted electronically through procurement.admin@molsa.gov.so and awalle@opm.gov.so.
The proposal must be expressed in the English language, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
